I used steel wool for the flames/smoke (next time I may try cotton
for a less stringy look). Superglue set with flashtac (a squirt on superglue
accelerant) anchors the steel woll to the tip of the flamer and also gives
a solid body to the base of the flames. Bright yellow (I forget which I
used) at the base of the flames, then red gore extending ito the smoke
cloud, orange ink was used to blend the yellow to red transition.
