Chaplain Sharbious leads the Death Company at the fore of the assault wave. A veteran assault squad sergeant is visible at the extreme right of the image, and one of our supercharged rhinos made a daring terrain test and successfully climbs up come of the steps of the Eldar temple. The next turn a full tac squad and the Death Company and the Veteran Assault Squad were all able to hit the temple simultaneously.

By leading with the Death Company our veteran assault team was spared a great number of casualties - the Death Company's ability to ignore wounds which would be fatal to other marines let them soak up shooting which would have decimated the veteran assault squad.
